I have only hymns of praises for J3 heating and cooling. Good honest people and very accommodating. 89 degrees in my home in this heat and Josiah was able to make me a priority.
Being in the HVAC industry myself for almost 50 years, now retired, I appreciate a job properly done with all the latest tools for sheet metal and htg & cooling as well!

After running into issues with my home warranty company, I decided to just scrap it and replace my AC unit. I set up a time with Josiah for an estimate. He spent the time investigating my issue, diagnosed the problem and created a solution - all in the same trip. He could have just given me a quote on a new unit but instead saved me a lot of money and fixed the problem. He will definitely have my business when the time finally comes to replace it as well any future HVAC needs. I highly recommend J3 Heating and Cooling, excellent work, reasonably priced and very professional.

Thanks for considering us for your HVAC project. I’m Josiah, the owner, with over 10 years experience in the HVAC world. In that time I’ve had the privilege of designing and installing systems in a wide range of settings, from charming residential homes dating back to 1800’s, Commercial storefronts, Industrial breakrooms, Mechanics shops, High-rise apartment buildings, and even some wood-shops. If your question involves something that provides ventilation, heat or cooling, we’ve got it covered!

Each place has different quirks that often require a thoughtful approach to ensure the best comfort and aesthetic. Im passionate about finding the perfect HVAC solution for homes and businesses with unique challenges. I enjoy the work itself as much as meeting new clients and guiding their project through from start to finish.

This was a particularly nostalgic project for us, as this HVAC system was installed "before our time", all the way back to 1974! It had lived its life and was time to be replaced. We were honored to install a new high efficiency furnace and air conditioning that will keep this family comfortable while saving them money on utility bills for the years to come!

This was a real fun job done for a fellow tradesman. His new shop needed A/C for those hot summer days and we decided it'd look classy to run some exposed Spiral ductwork throughout. I kept the air handler high out of the way, custom building a return plenum to fit the space and maximizing his storage space while keeping the unit accessible for future service.

This sweet lady's boiler failed in the middle of winter. Her boiler and water heater both were over 30 yrs old and the clear solution for this moderately sized ranch-style home with radiant baseboard heat was to install a Navien© Combi boiler. This compact, tankless, wall-hung unit now provides efficient space heat for the home as well as replaces the hot water tank now producing endless hot water for domestic use. She was also excited about the space it freed up for storage.

This customer needed an efficient & cost-effective means of heating and cooling their outbuilding used as a dog training facility. Since space was limited, this Mitsubishi© Ductless Minisplit Heat Pump was the perfect solution! Providing incredibly efficient heat (even down to -13*f!) and cooling the space in the blistering summer months!

This project was a local business's breakroom that stays heated year-round but desperately needed air conditioning. I provided them with a Goodman A/C system at an affordable price without taking up much space by hanging the Indoor Air Handler up high and running the exposed spiral ductwork near the ceiling within the joists so there was no loss of headroom.

This customer had a growing family who liked long hot showers! Their old 40gal tank wasn't cutting it and we got him set up with high-efficiency tankless Rinnai© water heater that provides ENDLESS hot water. No more cold showers for the family! This also freed up some usable square footage to his basement for storage.

This old-time car mechanic specializing in classic-body restoration had his shop heat go down. His 40 yr old heater was completely rusted through, but we were able to accommodate him quickly by replacing it with a new heavy-duty, low-profile Reznor unit.

This client has one large 15-ton rooftop unit (RTU) that has consistently given them trouble in the summertime. We were able to replace it for them in the nick of time, during the hottest day of the year (97*f with a 115*f heat index)! They were thankful to continue working their printing operation in an air conditioned space once again!
