After running into issues with my home warranty company, I decided to just scrap it and replace my AC unit. I set up a time with Josiah for an estimate. He spent the time investigating my issue, diagnosed the problem and created a solution - all in the same trip. He could have just given me a quote on a new unit but instead saved me a lot of money and fixed the problem. He will definitely have my business when the time finally comes to replace it as well any future HVAC needs.
